21-th Salon du Chocolat 2015. PARIS, FRANCE
Chocolate Salon exists for 20 years. And the last year, it gathered 120,000 visitors in 5 days. This influx of visitors makes this event "the largest international event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa."
This year, from October 28 to November 1, 2015 will be held 21 th World Chocolate Shop, which will offer a very tasty gourmet products in the center of the Pavilion 5 Porte de Versailles.
At the Salon will be presented chocolatiers from all around the world, which will allow visitors to get a unique opportunity to discover and get to know the taste of different types of chocolate, which can not be found anywhere else. At the area of 20 000 square meters brought about 600 participants: 220 eksponentov- chocolatiers and confectioners, along with the best chefs, pastry chef and expert on cocoa, which in turn will offer recipes, conferences and other events online chocolate.

Shop will also provide new space B2B, a kind of platform for industry professionals, which will be presented to a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers of equipment designed for the art of chocolatiers and confectioners.
